Wine Lovers, have we got a sweetheart of a tasting for you this pre-Valentine’s week! Join our wine team as we travel through 8 juicy selections of wine; sparkling, whites, reds, plus a dessert wine or two. Any of the evening’s highlights would be the perfect addition to your up-coming Valentine’s night! A delicious evening, with light appetizers prepared by Chef Steve. Entertainment begins in the bar area immediately following the tasting.

Taste through 8 Pinot Noir wines from different regions of the world as we “de-mystify” this beautiful grape varietal. This damsel is finicky in the vineyard, and somewhat of a troublemaker in the fermentation tank. However, when all is said and done, it’s one of the most alluring grapes on the planet! Join us for some true Pinot fun with Andiamo Sommelier, Lisa Ribaudo, as we explore this amazing little beauty. Light appetizers will be served, and special case discounts will be available during the event.

Course 1: New Zealand, Sauvignon Blanc Steamed New Zealand green lip mussels topped with a citrus mignonette and a roasted red pepper and herb salad

Course 2: Riesling, Germany Pan Fried pierogi with red cabbage “slaw” and a spicy stone ground mustard sauce

Course 3: Sangiovese, Chianti, Italy Chianti braised free range veal ragu served over a polenta cake, garnished with gorgonzola dolce and fried basil

Course 4: Malbec, Argentina Pulled pork with a bourbon barbecue sauce, “ensalada rusa”chimichurri salad garnished with crispy Tabasco onion straws
