Uno – Chopped Mediterranean Salad with grilled chicken, roasted beets, diced vegetables, pepperoncini peppers, arugula and romaine lettuces, drizzled with vinaigrette dressing w/Ferrari Carano Bella Luce
Due – Mussels Provencal, tossed in a light white wine sauce with fresh herbs, served with crusty bread for dipping w/Domaine Ott Rose’
Tre – Chile Relleno; Poblano peppers stuffed with whipped potatoes & cheese, breaded with corn masa flour, flash fried, served with a fresh tomatillo salsa w/Vina Punto Alto Carmenere
Quattro – Veal Shank Osso Bucco; braised with pancetta, onions, carrots & celery in a hearty Amarone sauce w/Luigi Righetti Amarone
