Having been with the Andiamo family of restaurants for almost ten years, I have learned a great many things about food and its preparation. There is of course one message that reigns supreme, start with the best ingredients from around the world and prepare them fresh, in-house, everyday from scratch. Being the Executive Chef at our original restaurant is a true honor as I carry on the traditions of Chef Aldo and his protégés. We pride ourselves on our homemade and handmade pastas, preparing our sauces with imported San Marzano tomatoes, serving the finest free range veal, flying in the freshest seafood from around the globe and preparing them in the old world tradition that has made Andiamo successful for over 20 years.
