For as long as I can remember I’ve wanted to be a chef. For me, it’s a chance to express myself and be creative. But even more importantly, it’s a chance to make other people happy.
For the past 8 years I’ve worked at Andiamo Italia. The journey began all the way back in high school, when I was washing dishes and preparing salads. Now, it’s eight years later and I’m the Executive Chef!
I look forward to a year of special dining and special memories.
