My love of cooking began when I was just five years old…thanks to my grandmother. I first started working in restaurants at 13 years old. Since then, I’ve worked in fine dining restaurants in California, Arizona and Michigan...adding up to 22 years of invaluable restaurant experience.

For the last seven years, I’ve worked for Andiamo at three different locations (Italia, Italia West and Italian Bistro). During my many years in the restaurant business, I have never had a more enjoyable experience than being a member of the Andiamo family. I look forward to many more years of serving you the authentic Italian cuisine for which Andiamo is famous.
