• Cards do not expire and dollars earned remain valid for 2 full years.

Welcome to the Andiamo Mille Grazie Frequent Diner program. It’s our way of saying thank you and rewarding our loyal customers for dining frequently in our restaurants. Each time you dine at an Andiamo restaurant, you must present your card to receive points. Your points will turn into dollars that can be used toward future dining.

How it Works

To become a member, you must purchase a membership card. In order to earn points, you must present your card every time you dine with us. One dollar spent, earns you one point. Each time you acquire 350 points, those points turn into $25. The dollars are stored on your membership card and may be redeemed at any Andiamo restaurant once your card is registered. Dollars may be stored on your card for up to two years from the date of issue. Simply advise your server if you wish to pay your bill with dollars stored on your card. (Your card must be registered to redeem.) A driver’s license or other legal I.D. bearing the name of the registered account holder is required to redeem. Dollars stored on your card are valid for payment any day except on New Year’s Eve, Valentines Day, Sweetest Day, Easter or Mother’s Day. Dollars may not be redeemed on or with any other promotional offers, gift certificates or gift cards.

Register Your Card

In order to redeem the dollars stored on your card and take advantage of monthly promotions, you must register your card on our website at www.andiamoitalia.com. Simply follow the prompts. If you don’t have access to a computer or you require assistance, call our toll-free number, 877-868-5774. Once you have registered your card, you may check your dollar and point balance online anytime you wish. Of course you don’t need access to a computer to check your points, your server will always be able to provide you with this information. Please be sure to register your card immediately after purchase. Registering your card allows us to assist you if your card is lost or stolen. Report missing cards immediately so we can transfer your dollars and points to a new card. Call 877-868-5774 for assistance. There is a $5 replacement fee.

Special Membership Benefits

Celebrate your birthday with us! Members are entitled to a complimentary entree one time during the month of their birthday (up to a $20 value) when dining with another guest purchasing an entrée of equal or greater value, provided they have entered their birth date when registering. Simply present your Mille Grazie card and drivers license to your server. This offer is dine-in only and may not be combined with any other offer. Your card must be registered by the last day of the month preceding your birthday month to qualify. You will receive monthly emails highlighting special events and Mille Grazie perks available at our Andiamo locations and Mesquite Creek in Clarkston. Points may be earned on the purchase of Andiamo Gift Cards. Simply present your card at the time of purchase. (Bonus points not applicable.) Points are not awarded upon redemption of Gift Cards.

Additional Information

• Points are awarded for every dollar spent on food and beverage in any Andiamo restaurant. Certain restrictions may apply.
• When Mille Grazie dollars are redeemed, points will not be accrued for that transaction.
• Mille Grazie points have no cash value and are not transferable to another member’s account.
• The Mille Grazie card may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.
• Only the registered card holder (or spouse) paying the bill may present the card to acquire points. For your protection, you may be asked for I.D. anytime you use your Mille Grazie card.
• To qualify for points on party functions, you must be an active Mille Grazie member before booking the party. There will be no splitting the check on large parties for the sole purpose of acquiring points beyond the daily maximum.
• Frequent diners may accumulate a maximum of 1,000 points per day on regular or bonus days.
• Points are not awarded at Andiamo Novi Theatre, Presto Café in the Detroit GM Renaissance Center or for tickets, food or beverage at the Andiamo Celebrity Showroom.
• Points are awarded immediately at the point of purchase. Point updates are computer generated and a receipt is given to the card member after each purchase. It is the member’s responsibility to check for accuracy. Any dispute of point totals must occur when the member receives a receipt in the restaurant.
• Andiamo is not liable for points or rewards lost due to fraudulent or unauthorized use. This includes fraud caused by lost cards.

  Miscellaneous

  The Andiamo Restaurant Group reserves the right to add or withdraw participating restaurants, to make changes in the rules, audit or cancel your account, or terminate the program at any time without advance notice. Federal and State tax liabilities are the responsibility of the card holder. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to become members. Employees of the Andiamo Restaurant Group and its affiliated companies, their families and/or people living in the same household as an Andiamo employee are not eligible for membership.
