Visiting Tuscany with my family, we found ourselves in a small, rural town. At a quaint, authentic Italian steakhouse, we savored the moment as well as the food. It was intimate. It was fantastic. It was exactly what I wanted to bring home. We returned with the inspiration that will change the flavor of Metro Detroit dining forever.
