Since helping his mom cook when he was young to graduating from Schoolcraft College, Chef Mike has always had a passion for cooking. Through the years of cooking and molding himself to become a chef, he realized he is only as good as the people I train and become a part of. “The best thing about cooking is knowing that every day I will learn something new and I will have a positive effect on many people.”
