Chef Edward L. Bailey

“I love to prepare quality cuisine people can really get excited about. My greatest joy as a chef has to be the compliments I receive from satisfied guests.”

My culinary experience started at the age of 14 while attending Golightly Career and Technical Center. After high school, I enrolled in an apprenticeship culinary program at Oakland Community College and began working at Andiamo Lakefront Bistro as Garde Manger. In 2001, I was promoted to Sous Chef. In spring 2005, I was promoted to Executive Chef at Andiamo Riverfront. I love Andiamo because the ownership is so outstanding, and the atmosphere is second-to-none.
